Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Adibi LMS, operated by Adibi International. All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as Merchant of Record. This policy supplements Paddle's standard buyer protections.

1. Free Trial

Adibi LMS offers a free trial period for new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan after your trial ends.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Adibi LMS, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Service Outage

If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our infrastructure failure (excluding third-party outages beyond our control), we will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge, or charge after cancellation), we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount promptly upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from the first charge
  • Renewals — we send reminder emails before renewal; it is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue
  • Partial months — if you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of the billing period but will not receive a pro-rated refund
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to use the Service during a paid period
  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period

4. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of first annual charge. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable; however, you may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal at the end of your annual term.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at billing@adibi.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is resolved.

7. Paddle’s Role

All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle provides additional buyer protections as part of their standard terms. If your refund request relates to a payment processing issue, Paddle may handle it directly under their policies.
